Heather Locklear, also known as Heather Deen Locklear, was born September 25, 1961, in Westwood. She is an actress, producer, and known for Melrose Place (1992), The Perfect Man (2006) and The Return of Swamp Thing (89). She previously was married twice, to Tommy Lee and Richie Sambora. Richie Sambora is her ex-husband as well as a part of Bon Jovi. On 4 October 1997 her daughter Ava Locklear (aka Ava Elizabeth Sambora) along with her ex-husband Richie Sambora, was born.
